Please Note: document/s must be Original/s or Certified Copy. Certification can be done by Irish Notary Public as a “True Copy of Original“.
In envelope include:
- Original Document/s or Certified Copy
- A short note with your 1) name, 2) phone number, 3) email, 4) last 4 digits of your card 5) indicate the country where the document will be used and 6) if a translation is required, please specify to what language.
- Spare envelope with return address written on it
